Brackets and Standups provide bracketing of plumbing distribution piping
installed in concrete fire resistive construction. They come in both
single and 5 loop configurations for ease of installation. They are
made of recycled PVC and provide significant labour saving when
supporting the tubing installed in structural concrete assemblies.
The brackets mount PEX Tubing with or without sleeving up to a total
thickness of 1”. The sleeving can be either Polyethylene (PE) or
Corrugated Poly Vinyl Chloride (PVC) Sleeving. The support brackets
ensure that the tubing maintains a height to provide the required 1“
Concrete Coverage. The brackets have been incorporated and tested for use
in 2 Hour Fire Rated Concrete Assemblies.
