From the West - Hwy 1 from Vancouver

Access to United Blvd to the West is either from King Edward St. in Coquitlam or Braid St. in New Westminster.  If coming from Vancouver take the Brunette Street exit heading into Coquitlam, exit onto Lougheed Hwy and at the TOYS-R-US turn Right or South onto King Edward St.  Travel under the freeway and over the railway tracks and turn Left or East on United Blvd.  At the first light, Clipper Street, (just past the Air Care Testing Station), turn Right or South and make a Left or East into the 3rd driveway of the Clipper Court Complex.  We are the last unit to the east. 

From the West - Through New Westminster

If coming through New Westminster, turn Right or East at Braid St. once over the Bally Bridge, turn Left which puts you onto United Blvd.  Travel through the first light, (King Edward St.), then just past  the Air Care Testing Station turn Right or South onto Clipper Street and make a Left or East into the 3rd driveway.  We are the last unit to the east.

From the East - Hwy 1 from the Valley

If traveling from the Valley over the Port Mann Bridge, take the Coquitlam Hwy #7 East Exit, loop to the right onto Lougheed Hwy East then onto United Blvd.  Travel South under the Port Mann Bridge along United Blvd which then turns West. Continue past the Wendy's/Tim Horton's and turn Left or South at the traffic light called Clipper Street.  At the third driveway to the Left or East, turn into the Clipper Court Complex.  We are the last unit to the east.
